I am leading the next session of our young people's bible study next month, and I was going over the passage with my pastor and his wife this verse just really stuck with me.
"Daughter, your faith has made you well; go in peace..." Mark 5:34a
It's from the story of the woman who bled for 12 years. Studying this passage reinforced to me the idea that Christ can really heal anything all we need to do is have faith. My pastor's wife was sharing with me the restrictions and life of seclusion that the woman in the passage had to live with because of her condition, and the severity of her condition made me remember that truly having faith in all circumstances is what matters. As well as the fact that faith is truly what matters. I thought I would share that will all of you. Also, that Christ calls her "daughter" when she was shunned by the rest of her community and her husband. The love of Christ is so powerful to me.
